We will then provide a quotation or estimate based on your specific requests.
What will be included in my quote or estimate?
Your quotation or estimate for the special order will include the cost of the product, any additional costs associated with the order, and the estimated time frame for completion.
Once you have accepted the quotation and made a deposit or full payment, we will proceed to place the special order with the supplier or manufacturer.
How long will it take for my custom order to be delivered?
The arrival time of a special order can vary depending on the product or brand and the supplier or manufacturer.
There are times when we can not commit to a specific time frame of delivery. In such an instance, such information would be disclosed at quotation stage.
Are there additional costs associated with special orders?
Additional costs may be associated with special orders, such as shipping and handling fees, or customizations fees.
We try to be as transparent as possible, however, there might also be price changes which are at the discretion of the manufacturer or supplier.
Will you take care of the shipping?
Yes, once your order is complete, we will take care of the logistics associated with the shipping and the importing of firearms into our country.
Although we can initially provide different options for shipping, your shipping costs can only be finalised once your special order is complete and ready to be shipped.
Please note that you may incur additional costs and charges associated with import duties on goods from outside the European Union.
Can I make changes to a special order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, special orders are customised to your specific preferences and as a result, no changes can be made after your order has been placed.
